Thank. you for putting these truths in 10 step form. It is helpful to each one of us. "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."

Oh, hurt mom, all of these feelings are normal and natural. We are all there at one time or another and sometimes without pause. I have found that Jesus longs to just sit down next to us and share the tears....He only allows us to go through these times because he trusts us to understand how He feels and has felt. We share in His sufferings and share in each other's as well....
Philippians 3:10 "I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the sharing of His sufferings by becoming like Him in his death..." II Corinthians 1:7 "Our hope for you is unshaken; for we know that as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our consolation."
Perhaps, deep down, maybe even subconsciously, we have all prayed to know Jesus better and He is answering those prayers by allowing this particular pain of estrangement which He was well acquainted with. But look up - there is a reconciliation coming. "God makes all things beautiful in His own time."
