Hi everyone. We are usually discussing our EC's, but today I'm asking my sisters in Christ to please lift prayers for my sister who is ill with end stage kidney disease. She has been on dialysis for several months, and took a bad fall this weekend. She's very weak, and sadly, doesn't look up to The Lord for comfort. She has always been agnostic, and I would love to see her welcome The Lord into her life while she can. She's only in her early 60's, and I'm worried for her. Thankyou in advance for your prayers.....I know they're rising up to the Throne now! Blessings....

Absolutely. Let's pray for your dear sister to have physical comfort. Let's pray that she will call out to Jesus at this time. Please keep us updated.
Let us all never hesitate to give each other prayer requests. We care!

My heart goes out to you. My brother has been battling a very rare autoimmune disease for several months. He, also was not a christian. God has a way of backing us into a corner to get our attention. He now has given his heart to God. I will be praying that the same will happen with your sister. Sometimes God waits till things appear to be impossible before we see evidence of our prayers being answered. I will be praying not only for your sister's salvation and healing, but for comfort & peace for you. This is not easy to watch a loved one suffer.
I logged in to ask prayer for my brother once again. He has been through so much and it is a miracle he is still living. Last week he suffered a heart attack among all the other complications brought on by this disease. Once again, we thought we were losing him, but God came through. He is scheduled for a heart defibrillator at 7 am tomorrow morning. Outside of a miracle, this is his only option, but it is very risky because he is still in the "congestive heart failure" class. Prayers are certainly needed.
This is what is so special about our group. Regardless of circumstances, there are some powerful, faithful prayer warriors here who care and willing to pray.
Please keep us updated on your sister's condition. If God is for us, who can be against us?

byhisgracealone I am lifting your sister up in prayer. Faith I am so sorry to hear about the setback on your brother. I will be lifting him up in prayer also. I belong to a prayer group at church and will add both to my list. May God comfort both of you.

thanks, lindajoan and autumnwind. I am unable to be there with him, but I sent him a text. My sister n law said he got it and he smiled!. Don't want to be selfish on this thread because it belongs to byhisgracealone and I certainly don't want to take away from her request for her sister. I just wanted her to know how God is moving in a similar situation. What he's done for others, he will do for you. None of us knows what tomorrow holds, but it is so comforting knowing we belong to him and he will take care of us.
Since I read the request, I have been praying and will continue. That you can count on. God Bless you.

Lifting your sister up to the Lord and praying for physical comfort and for a messenger from God to reveal God's kingdom to her and that she chooses to be part of His family and we will all be united at His appointed time. Praying she feels our prayers and love. Faith, have been praying for your brother and you have shared the miracle of reconciliation, as well as his salvation. I personally believe God is still in the business of performing miracles and I will continue asking for healing for both of these precious people.

Thankyou everyone for your prayers and concern. My sister has quite a battle ahead of her, and I pray she'll give her life to God, so He can comfort and heal her. I appreciate all of my sisters on this site so much, and I'm so glad The Lord brought us all back together.

Praying for your sister byhisgrace, and for your brother faith. My mother has always called God an 11:59 miracle worker, meaning that often He chooses to wait until the last minute to work a miracle for His glory. I'm praying that God works miracles in both their lives, no matter the timing!
